Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If there are adequate reasons for modification or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible for support. Contact Ka.

In case your order is cancelled:

  • Promotions used in the order will not be restored.
  • Ka Koncept will refund the amount paid by the customer to the account used to complete the transaction.
  • Order cancellation will be notified to the phone number receiving the invoice.

Order cannot be returned at the moment.

As a customer of Ka Koncept, you are entitled to a high-quality product and service. If you are not satisfied with our policy, please contact us to resolve the problem. You can also leave your information via the Exchange Request form on the [order management] page as soon as the information is received.

You can exchange products in one of the following situations:

  • Perfume or beauty products that you order from Ka Koncept.
  • Product defects due to shipping or manufacturing: dented, broken, scratched, perfume amount loss, different packaging compared to the official image announced by Ka Koncept or the brand, different smell of the fragrance creation compared to the sample, etc. In particular, defection caused by transportation should be recorded at the time when you co-check the goods with the postman. Otherwise, you need to film the process of opening the goods with full packaging and shipping labels as an evidence.
  • Exchange requests must be sent within 24 hours after receiving.

You can exchange defective products to:

  • Similar products, or
  • New product with the same price, or
  • New product with higher price when paying the difference,
  • If the product you want to exchange has lower value than the returned product, you will not be refunded the excess cash.

In case the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will exchange the product for you when the new shipment is imported.

Our staff will inform you the detailed process of exchanging products.

Shipment fee incurred from the exchange are paid for by Ka Koncept, however Ka unfortunately cannot refund the original order's shipping charges.

You can choose 1 of 2 delivery methods:

  • Receive at the boutique, or
  • Deliver to your address

If we can welcome you at the store, Ka will have a small gift for the recipient.

In case of direct receiving method at the store:

  • Before moving to the boutique to receive goods, please wait for the notification from Ka Koncept. You need to show our staff the information to receive the item.
  • Please co-check the product with our staff as soon as you receive the item.

In case of delivery:

  • Ka only delivers goods within Vietnam. You can choose between theselive 2 forms of delivery:
  • Standard: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days. Shipment fee: 30.000 VND Freeship for bill from 1.500.000 VND.
  • Express: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days. Shipment fee: 80.000 VND Freeship for bill from 5.000.000 VND.

If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, please notify Ka immediately at [contact]. However, Ka regrets that we cannot support the costs arising from the change of delivery address.

The value listed on the website includes value added tax (VAT). If you need to issue a VAT invoice, please leave your information when completing the order. Invoices will be sent to your registered email address within 7-10 days.

Available payment method on Ka's website:

  • Transfer to Vietcombank - Ho Chi Minh City branch Account number: 0071001169658 Account holder: Ka Koncept JSC The content of the transfer must include the order code being paid. With bank transfer, please pay within 48 hours since you create your order. If payment is not received within the above time, the order will be canceled automatically.
  • Payment through VNPay:
    • International card (accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay cards). Depending on each bank and the type of card you are using, you may be asked to enter information such as your email, address, city and/or the OTP sent to your registered phone number (distinct from phone number when purchasing).
    • Domestic cards and accounts.
    • QR code: Please note that a QR code will be displayed on the device you are using to order; therefore, you will need to use a second device to open the payment code scanning application.
  • Pay at the store: You can pay cash or swipe card. This payment method is only available for In-store Pick-up.

You can track your orders in progress and your purchase history in the [You must login to view your order] section - where recorded all of your orders registered with your phone number at Ka Koncept, regardless of whether the purchasing channel is at store, via phone, through social networking sites managed by Ka Koncept or on the website. Therefore, using one phone number for all orders at Ka Koncept will help you manage your orders more easily and not miss Ka's customer gratitude programs.

Meaning of each orders status at the boutique:

  • Preparing: After you place an order successfully, the order will be recorded in the status Preparing. Successful order confirmation will be sent to the phone number registered by the customer. Meanwhile, Ka will proceed to prepare the order for you.
  • Confirmed: With the payment at the store, the order will be confirmed as soon as the order is successful. With the remaining payment methods, when you make a successful payment, the order will move to the status Confirmed. At the same time, Ka will send a notification to the phone number registered by customer to make order and to receive the goods. Please come to receive the goods within 48 hours after placing the order. To ensure the best quality, please co-examine the product with the store staff upon receipt.
  • Completed: Once received, the order will change to the status Completed. Ka will send a notification to the phone number registered by customers to make order and to receive the goods. If you find that the product is defected, you can exchange it within 24 hours after receiving by [contact Ka directly] or by leaving information via the Exchange Request form. Finally, don't forget to share your impressions of the scent creations you have bought with Ka.

Meaning of each delivery orders status :

  • Preparing: After you place an order successfully, the order will be recorded in the status Preparing. A message about successful order confirmation will be sent to the phone number registered by the customer. Meanwhile, Ka will proceed to prepare the order for you.
  • Confirmed: After making payment successfully, the order will move to the status Confirmed.
  • Shipping: Once delivered to the carrier, the order will be recorded in the the status Shipping. Meanwhile, Ka will send a notification to the phone number receiving the invoice and items. If you do not receive the goods within the expected delivery time, please [contact Ka] for support as soon as possible. To ensure the best quality, please co-check the product with the delivery staff immediately upon receipt, or record the opening process and keep all packaging and shipping labels. Products defected by shipping fault such as broken, dented, labels lost,... will not be exchanged if there is no complaint at the time of receipt.
  • Completed: Once received, the order will change to the status Completed. Ka will send a notification to the phone number registered by customers to make order and to receive the goods. If you find that the product is defected, you can exchange it within 24 hours after receiving by [contact Ka directly] or by leaving information via the Exchange Request form. Finally, don't forget to share your impressions of creation with Ka.

Ka also helps you wrap the gift and write cards if you request. You can choose a blank card to write your own greeting or ask Ka team to write based on your ideas. Online orders can be sent directly to the gift recipient. Invoices will not be included with the order or in any delivery instructions messages.

If you cannot arrange to come to the boutique, you can choose to buy vials of at least 5 DIVINE creations. Each vial has a capacity of 1.2 - 1.5ml, worth 100,000 VND. Ka gives priority to send you vials produced by the brand. In case the fragrance house does not produce your selected scent vials, or Ka does not have the vials in stock, the team will extract the sample from the tester of the brand.

When you order vials from Ka Koncept, you receive a 10% discount on one purchase of any fragrance creation each year.
